Job Purpose

As a Spa & Gym Receptionist with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members and guests have an amazing experience every time. You will deliver an excellent first impression and a warm greeting to everyone as they come in. You will showcase our values: Collaboration, Simplicity, Kindness and Passion.

Main Duties

• Ensure every member is welcomed by their name and the guest is welcomed with open arms in a hospitable manner: the Soho House way is warm and friendly.
