**The Spa Concierge is responsible for hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while providing exceptional customer service to our guests while exceeding their expectations.**

+ Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
+ Demonstrates an expert knowledge of Spa treatments, its facility and retail offerings.
