Spa Receptionist

Assist with running the Spa in a smooth professional manner by providing guests with excellent customer service at all times and ensuring that treatments are correctly and appropriately booked. Maximizing spa revenue through yield management, retail sales, re-booking guests, high therapist and room occupancy, and efficient bookings. Providing guests with excellent knowledge of all spa and retail products. Ensuring that the guests experience at the Spa is memorable from beginning to end.

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Hospitality Industry. Previous experience is an advantage. Preferably in a 5 Star resort.
