Are you a patient, compassionate, and committed individual looking to make a real difference in a child's life? We have inclusive primary schools in Newham seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for bright children who have SEN Needs. 
About the Role:
1:1 classroom support 
Supporting with communication, emotional regulation, and focus in class
Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
Creating a calm and structured environment to help the pupil thrive
Full-time role (Monday to Friday, school hours)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ideally in a primary school setting
A calm, consistent, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and positive relationships with children and staff
