Specialist Bid & Proposal Vascular - Portuguese (Located in Madrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Public Tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.
- Prepare new offers to Customer and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep tender records in an efficient manner allowing easy but secure access by relevant sales staff.
- Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.
- Keep consignment records according policy.
Minimum requirements
- Experience: 1 year in tender processes and price quotation in Portugal market.
- Portuguese C2 or Native - Mandatory.
- English is a plus.
- Minimum high school.
- Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Sap Demand is a plus.
- Medical Device industry administrative experience is a plus.
