Description:  
We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of relevant experience. This role involves supporting the Global Financial Crime (GFC) team with day-to-day administrative tasks. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Assist the team with a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned. 
Prepare responses to routine inquiries. 
File and log referrals to the team. 
Administer the Third-Party Providers (TPP) Committee. 
Schedule meetings involving multiple teams and senior leaders. 
Book meeting rooms and coordinate travel logistics. 
Support GFC project management by tracking outstanding actions and following up with action owners. 
Support GFC information requests by collating responses and following up with non-responders.
