Manage and monitor shipments, and maintain effective communication with customers while analyzing situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, process instructions/requirements and manage import/export OFR/AFR operations for different customers.
- Proactively monitor shipment status in internal tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) and on carrier websites.
- Support track & trace activities and performance reporting for the Shipment Management Service Line.
- Add value for customers through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross‑train within the team.
Skills / Requirements
- Students or professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year in logistics. OFR/AFR knowledge is a plus.
