Your tasks
drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes to optimize downtime, costs, and preventive vs corrective strategies

implement and enforce group-wide standards for maintenance and CAPEX processes

act as global key user for CMMS/SAP-PM and CAPEX software tools

support investment projects with project management and financial evaluation (ROI, IRR, NPV)

coordinate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across OPCOs

define and monitor KPIs for maintenance and investment performance

collaborate with HQ & OPCOs to simplify complexity and achieve common objectives

participate in mill visits and meetings.
Your experience
university degree in technical or engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics)
