Specialist Group Consolidation & Reporting (all genders)
Full-time and permanent
Responsibilities:
Preparation of consolidated financial statements of Evotec Group (listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Nasdaq) in accordance with IFRS, including notes, disclosures, and management reporting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, stock‑exchange obligations, and internal reporting standards.
Support in the year‑end and quarterly audit processes, working closely with external auditors
Collaborate with our Subsidiaries in all Group accounting and consolidation matters
Review internal reporting packages, ensuring data quality and consistency across the Group.
