We’re hiring a permanent, full-time Specialist, HR Analytics based in Edmonton, AB. Reporting to the Associate Director, Systems & Analytics, you’ll play a key role in supporting People & Culture through data governance, reporting, and analytics.
As the Specialist, HR Analytics, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency, and effective use of People & Culture data. You will work with stakeholders across EPCOR to assess data needs, design reporting solutions, and develop dashboards and insights that support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical expertise, experience working with enterprise HR systems and datastructures, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
