Specialist, Learning and Leadership Development

Overview

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund (Action Fund) seek a creative and motivated Specialist, Learning and Leadership Development. This position reports to the Director, Learning and Leadership Development in the People, Culture and Equity Division.

Purpose

This individual contributor is responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of asynchronous learning programs within our Learning Management System (internal platform “PP Learn”, utilizing 360 Learning) aligned to PPFA’s leadership development framework, competency model, and enterprise-wide learning priorities. Additionally, this individual contributor may act in support of the Manager, Learning and Leadership Development, as it applies to training administration duties.
