Overview
Specialist OSS Operations & Support is responsible for managing operations, support & planning of various platforms deployed on OSS, EMS and underlying layers, along with service desk platforms in use across the organization. The role reports directly to the Manager OSS.
Responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day operations of OSS, EMS, Service Desk, OWS & other related platforms.
- Device strategy to oversee smooth operations & transformation of Service Desk Platforms in use across the organization.
- Provide techno‑functional support for smooth running of Service Desk Platforms.
- Work on proposals/strategies to improve cost efficiencies.
- Tactical planning & execution to ensure risk mitigation and sustainability of NOC platforms.
