About The Role
Whitehaven is seeking an experienced Specialist - Service Exchange reporting to the Inventory Manager, to join our dynamic Procurement & Supply team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the availability and performance of vendor-owned Service Exchange components to support maintenance execution across our operations. Sitting within the Inventory function, this role bridges Asset, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, combining technical understanding, commercial judgement, and supply chain coordination to optimise availability, cost, and vendor performance.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end Service Exchange process for vendor-owned components, ensuring availability aligns with maintenance and shutdown requirements.
