• Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of our APAC business.
• Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build and maintain talent pools in line with business requirements.
• Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market.
• Partner with global and local hiring managers and functional heads, providing high‑quality, usable insights to address their talent needs.
