Job Details
As a Technical Specialist, you will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Specialist of the CFirst Center. You will be responsible for after‑sales technical service, including emergency support for grounded aircraft and basic technical consultations and maintenance. This is a full‑time position with a rotating schedule. On‑site presence is required at our facility in Longueil, Qc.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Work closely with other P&W organizations and external suppliers to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
- Document and track the progress of each case through the CRM system for all customer interactions, from initiation to closure.
- Follow up with customers on reported issues to restore grounded aircraft to service within 24 hours.
- Respond effectively and efficiently to all urgent customer requests. ...
