Job Description

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Specifications Harmonization Programme Leader to join our Program department based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). This role is part of the Competitiveness Management Team responsible for driving and monitoring all activities aimed at continuously improving the competitiveness of the A220 programme, including commercial negotiations, redesign-to-cost activities, manufacturing optimisations and other initiatives to reduce the aircraft's recurring cost. You will be part of the MESH (Material Enablement and Specifications Harmonization) project and will report to the MESH project manager. MESH is a key enabler for programme financial performance (cost reduction, cost avoidance) and business continuity (supply‑chain de‑risking and ramp‑up). The team is organized to promote cross‑collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
