Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing 24/7 maintenance service to PLDT Customer
• Responsible for both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of all project scope including all Backbone Optical fiber and access optical fiber in this area;
• Ensures meeting all kinds of maintenance KPI, network outage index and mean time to restore, ensure to restore backbone fiber issue within 8 hours, etc.
• Ensure the correct maintenance procedure are follows and meet customer required KPI with good work quality and efficiency.
• Ensure fiber splicing procedure is followed and meet quality standard.
• Install, repair and test fiber in a variety of environments.
• Test and troubleshoot work after completion
• Other tasks assigned by GPM or Regional PM
