- Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing of cables.
- Read and interpret network design plans and cable diagrams.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on damaged fiber or copper lines.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Document test results and maintain accurate splicing records.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Splicer or in related telecom fieldwork.
- Knowledge in fiber optic and copper splicing techniques.
