Description You are an experienced Splicing Foreperson with extensive fibre optic splicing and testing expertise combined with strong leadership skills. You will lead and support a team of Fibre Optic Splicers and Technicians on Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects, ensuring all fibre installations, splicing, testing, and commissioning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. 
Working independently or as part of a larger construction team, you will oversee daily field operations, coordinate project activities, manage quality control, and provide technical guidance to field crews while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
