The Sports Program Coordinator,will work to support a number of programmatic initiatives planned for Special Olympics communities across Ontario. This position will work to support outreach efforts, school and youth development, partnership support, resource development and overall program development and growth in priority communities across the province.
Much of thisprojectwork will be around the planning, creation and implementation of programming and support surrounding community and school programs.
Tasks and Responsibilities for this position may include:
- Update school and youth program websites, school resourcekitsand promotional materials.
- Prepare Professional Development materials for Educators and coaching materials for school coaches.
- Assistwith ongoing maintenance of the school programs database.
