The Shopee SPX (Shopee Express) Business Intelligence team is a highly technical and operations-driven function supporting end-to-end logistics and fulfilment performance across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile operations. We partner closely with Operations, Planning, Regional, and Product teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that optimise network efficiency, service levels, and cost across the entire logistics value chain.
Our team specialises in transforming complex logistics data into actionable insights, enabling faster issue resolution, network optimisation, and cost control. By leveraging SQL, Python, and automation tools, we build a robust data infrastructure that supports real-time operational monitoring and long-term capacity and network planning.
