Your Role Lead and oversee Supplier Quality activities for the CMS business, ensuring robust quality planning and execution throughout supplier development, serial production, and incoming quality control.This role is responsible for the start-up of a new site and for driving flawless launches, stable production, and continuous improvement through effective execution of APQP, PPAP, risk management, and supplier performance management, acting as the primary regional point of contact between the plant, suppliers, and the global CMS Supplier Quality organization.Our TeamWorking under the PBM (Market-Based Management) philosophy and the code of conduct, this role collaborates closely with Procurement, AQP, Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant Quality, Logistics, and global CMS Quality teams across different regions.The team promotes best practice sharing, standardization, and compliance with corporate quality systems and information security protocols, fostering a culture of accountability...
