What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, with a strong background in SQL and database management
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective training programs using a variety of methods and technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor content and delivery to diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to identify training needs and develop customized solutions
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, and data analysis tools and techniques
• Adaptability and a willingness to continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in training and development
