Job Summary

We are seeking a sales administrator to join our team. As the sales administrator, you will be responsible for accounts payable for Advances Thermal Sciences products in Global. Your primary focus will be on handling customer purchasing orders from account manager, accounts payable in ATSJ and coordination of shipment arrangement with the freight order to achieving sales target shipment.

To be successful in this position, the sales administrator should have a Flat thinking and Good communication mindset. The candidate should work diligently and consistently achieve results.

What You Will Do:

• Receive purchase orders from account managers and customers at each site and place orders internally.

• Communicate with ATS Japan's supply chain to confirm product completion dates and coordinate delivery dates with account managers and customers.
