**Responsibilities**:
1. Workday System Ownership (Regional Scope)
- Act as the regional point of contact (POC) for all Workday-related activities across Mexico and LATAM.
- Maintain and manage employee data and records within the Workday platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Oversee the execution of configuration changes, system updates, and Workday releases, in alignment with corporate governance and IT standards.
2. Integration & Technical Support
- Support Workday/Payroll system interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and HR teams to resolve interface or data transmission issues promptly.
