Responsibilities
Develop, design, and configure systems that automate processes, such as manufacturing or software processes.
Identify areas of operations that could benefit from automation.
Plan the budget and labor needs for each automation project.
Design hardware networks and develop software solutions to control automation.
Collaborate with development teams to plan, implement, and track end-to-end automation activities.
Ensure the engineering team delivers a quality product that meets defined acceptance criteria.
Train and support junior employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in automation engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency with control systems.
Strong skills with AutoCAD for designing systems.
