Responsibility
+ Design, develop, maintain, and debug BMC Firmware by applying knowledge of server hardware architecture and system design.
+ High-level and low-level design and implementation for new feature or idea.
+ Leadership of team who can play as a platform owner or all-round knowledge who can play as a technical lead or dominate certain domain of BMC relevant who can coach the members.
