Sr Business Analyst (IAM)

McDonald’s Global Technology is recruiting a Business Technical Analyst in Mexico City to support our identity lifecycle and access management initiatives as part of the global Office in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IAM features.
• Partner with technology leadership to define project scope and identify requirement‑related risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate structured discussions with cross‑functional teams to create and validate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create user stories, epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
