About The Role

• The Sr. Business Analyst will support the Front Office suite of applications in North American markets.
• Knowledgeable in supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs.
• Proficient in utilizing formal and informal communication methods to communicate to diverse audiences (management, customers, technical team, other teams, etc.).
• Lead or participate in multiple projects by competing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules and priority when necessary; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing relationships with technical and business partners.
