Our municipal client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to carry out requirements gathering for a ServiceNow project.
Tasks include:
Carry out requirements gathering, documenting functional requirements as workable tasks
Contribute to teams in both waterfall and agile environments
Contribute to gathering and documenting functional requirements, using epics, user stories, sprints, etc.
Schedule follow-ups with various lines of business in requirements gathering process
Contribute to technical analysis, interacting with developers and technical teams
Bridge gaps between functional lines of business and technical teams and support understanding through testing efforts
Estimated Start date: April 
Work mode: Remote, would prefer candidates in the Ottawa region
Must Haves:
Eligible for the client's internal security clearance
