Sr Business Analyst (Xico)

The Senior Business Analyst – LATAM will play a key role in supporting Commercial Finance activities across Mattel's Latin America region (Mexico, CAM, South America).
This role provides financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic business decisions and optimize profitability.This analyst reports to the Finance Manager LATAM and partners closely with local Finance teams, Sales, FP&A, Global, and Controllership, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Mattel's One Finance initiatives and LATAM standardization efforts.What You'll Do- Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes, with a strong emphasis on P&L and Cost analysis.
