Sr Buyer

Utilize your experience and knowledge to purchase production materials, and sub-assemblies in support of the company's operations utilizing new and/or existing suppliers.
Manage quality, cost, and on-time delivery of goods and services of assigned supply base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on the open PO report.
- Develop robust savings and negotiation plan.
- Actively participate in supplier selection.
- Request quotes from different suppliers to optimize costs and delivery times.
- Prepare and track purchase orders for raw materials, equipment, and necessary items for the production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and shipping departments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, normative, and customer requirements in the purchase orders for products and services.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to manage supplier quality.
- Maintain control of purchase orders from generation to receipt.
