Job Description:
Our client located in North York requires a Sr. Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join their team. This role plays a key support function within the Firm, serving as the central point of contact for clients while working closely with the commercial real estate team. The Law Clerk is responsible for preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with transactions, and delivering exceptional client service — all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, condominium developments, financing transactions, and land development.
Conduct sub-searches of title and off-title searches, addressing issues as they arise.
Draft e-reg. documents in the Teraview system, prepare instruments, and obtain parcels per lawyers’ instructions.
Assist with commercial leasing transactions.
