**ABOUT THIS POSITION**
The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. This role partners with People, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational strategy. + Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of base pay, bonus, and incentive programs
