**Meet the Team**
The Cisco Component Quality and Technology team provides outstanding customer value through technical innovation and quality solutions. We are seeking a driven and experienced technical expert in semiconductor components and their applications in high-speed systems. Devices we work with include ASICs, NPUs, CPUs, Ethernet switches, FPGAs, PHYs, retimers, etc. You will work directly with Cisco design, manufacturing, operations and quality engineering teams, as well as component vendors.
**Your Impact**
+ Conduct semiconductor component selection, testing, and qualification to meet product specifications.
+ Lead investigations and end-to-end failure analysis for component and system issues, working with vendors to define, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions (8D, RCCA, etc.)
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on component selection, risk assessment, design reviews, and proactively drive risk mitigation.
