Job Description: Permanent full time positions for High Level Controls Design
Design PLCs/HMI and Robotic based control systems using EPlan (training provided if needed)
Design Power Distribution Systems compliant with CSA/Local Codes
Design any industrial control systems (for automated machinery)
Interact with Mechanical Design team and Machine Build team as it relates to overall machine design
Interact with Programming Team as it relates to controls design
Quickly and efficiently learn about various complex control systems, third party equipment/devices and proprietary controllers
Performing design reviews with team and Client
Check the work of and mentor more junior to intermediate level Controls Designers
Moderate Level Purchasing activities – sending RFQ’s to vendors and submitting purchase requisitions
Compile system documentation for final client doc...
