Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
This position provides support to programs in the energy business in US and Canada, ranging from demand response, rebate, meter exchange and behavioral audits.
Depending on the programs assigned, agents may handle both inbound and outbound call types; provide program guidance and education to customers, perform diagnostics/troubleshooting over the phone to attempt to resolve or take action immediately, determine the scope of the problem and assist in providing temporary interim technical solutions until a technician can arrive if service dispatching is required, schedule field technicians for service calls or meter exchanges, through customer enrollment and equipment qualification via inbound and outbound calls.
