Senior Demand Analytics & AI Enablement Analyst

Reports to: Director, Demand Planning & S&OP
The Senior Demand Analytics & AI Enablement Analyst is a planner-facing role within the North America Demand Planning organization. This position focuses on standardizing demand analytics, improving forecast diagnostics, and enabling Demand Planners through advanced analytics and AI‐powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other LLM‐based solutions. The role does not own the demand forecast but acts as a force multiplier for Demand Planners by creating repeatable, trusted analytical frameworks, standard reports, and AI‐enabled insights that improve forecast accuracy and support S&OP decision making.
