Main Purpose
The Sr. Engineer Drilling plays a critical role within the Drilling & Completions (D&C) team by driving the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of CBM drilling and completion operations. The role involves strategic planning, engineering analysis, operational optimization, and seamless field execution to maximize well deliverability and overall project performance.
Job Accountabilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CBM drilling operations to ensure safe and efficient well delivery.
- Prepare and maintain operational programs for drilling activities in line with company standards and operational requirements.
- Work as Company Man at drilling rigs to supervise field activities and ensure adherence to approved programs, HSE standards, and operational procedures.
