Sr. Engineer, Molding

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex philosophies and Guiding Principles, Global Lean Six Sigma, 6S, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

2. Develop and support molding and overmolding solutions for NPI (New Product Introduction) for DSS cable products, utilizing a Scientific Molding thought process throughout.

为DSS线缆产品的新产品导入（NPI）开发并支持注塑和包覆成型解决方案，采用科学注塑方法论。

3. Estimates project costs and lead times for new molds, product extensions and revisions to existing molds.
