Sr. Engineer - Quality & CS
The Quality Engineer is expected to adhere to all safety rules and procedures
• The Quality Engineer is expected to report any unsafe condition or absence of any protective device immediately to their supervisor/Manager/Cell leader
• Quick response to customer concerns/complaints
• Conduct QRQC workshops to identify root cause of customer complaints, define corrective actions involving the CFT and their effective implementation within the target date as per customer specific requirements.
• Horizontal deployment of corrective actions for similar products or product lines
• Ensuring the compliance of customer specific requirements.
• Conduct periodic corrective action effectiveness verification audits.
• Provide trainings to operators/staffs on lessons learnt from previous quality issues and customer complaints.

• Conduct daily morning QRQC meetings to address any potential quality concern at customer end or chronic internal quality issues...
