Job Purpose
The Sr. Financial Analyst will support LatAm Region by analyzing results, preparing reports, and providing insightful explanations for Actuals, Forecasts and Plan deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and analyze the LatAm Actual/Plan/FC cycle.
- Develop and maintain reports for client PL's.
- Review LOB and FTEs for LatAm.
- Insure key deliverables are completed on a timely basis.
- Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other databases to compile, manipulate, and format data.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with in country Finance Leads.
- Support ad hoc requests for LatAm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analytics and forecasting.
- Advanced excel skills
