Role Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design and development of educational products for children. The role requires strong design expertise, project ownership, team coordination, and budget awareness to deliver high-quality products on time and within cost targets. Key Responsibilities: Design & Product Development Design books, workbooks, kits, charts, packaging, and learning materials. Create engaging layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual concepts. Ensure age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned, and market-ready designs. Contribute innovative ideas for new product formats and visual approaches. Project & Team Management Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery. Track timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and project progress.
