The mission of the Growth Marketing Manager – Acquisition is to accelerate Trafilea’s customer acquisition strategies through cutting‑edge paid media, AI‑powered marketing, and creative experimentation. This role leads the acquisition funnel end‑to‑end, balancing scale with efficiency (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and ensuring Trafilea stays ahead of fast‐evolving digital marketing trends. Beyond execution, the role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, strong creative instincts, and leadership of cross‑functional teams to shape the future of our brands.
Strategic Leadership & Performance Growth
- Architect best‑in‑class acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Manage high‑budget, multi‑channel media investments, balancing efficiency and scale.
- Build rapid experimentation frameworks to test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns.
