As a Sr IT Analyst, the person will be accountable for configuring, supporting and optimizing the SAP Concur Travel & Expense management platform. The role will provide input into the overall Application roadmap, maintain, build solutions to meet business objectives, while partnering with Operations team to ensure a stable environment. The role will lead delivery by displaying sound functional and technical proficiency across all stages of the project lifecycle, along with technical expertise and hands on work to meet project milestones.
Key Responsibilities include:
Concur configuration and administration
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide 2nd level support for end users regarding expense reporting, workflow approvals, etc.
Integration Support: Setup and maintain data integration between Concur and upstream and downstream ERP systems
