Main Purpose:

- The Sr. Lead Drilling Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing drilling operations in line with approved plans, operational targets, and company standards.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and HSE requirements while supporting Hydraulic Fracturing, Completion, and Workover operations.

- Drive the safe, cost-effective, and efficient execution of drilling and well operations to achieve operational excellence.

Job Accountabilities:

- Coordinate with Land, Civil, and Geological teams for the identification and selection of drilling locations.

- Support the preparation of well plans, provisioning of required tangible and intangible resources, and execution of day-to-day drilling operations.
