**The key responsibilities**
**of this position are:**
+ _Build should-cost models (bottom_ _‑_ _up & parametric) for AC/DC motors,_ _Stators, rotors, laminations,_ _Shafts, housings, brackets etc._
+ _Analyze cost drivers: raw material prices, production volumes, machining time, winding cycles, magnet cost, stamping, die costs, heat treatment, assembly labor, testing, overheads.._
+ _Support RFQ processes: normalize supplier quotes, compare vs. should_ _‑_ _cost, and prepare negot...
