Sr. Learning Experience Designer (LXD)

The Sr. Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is an individual contributor role within the LXSS Learning Experience Design career path. LXDs design learner‑centric, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across digital and ILT/VILT modalities in collaboration with cross‑functional partners. This role supports the development of high‑quality, accessible learning assets aligned to organizational goals and contributes to solution design for small‑to‑medium projects.

Core Responsibilities: Learning Experience Design

• Design and develop engaging learning assets including eLearning, microlearning, job aids, influencer videos, and other digital content.
• Draft and structure ILT/VILT materials (e.g., facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids) with clear flow, timing, and practice opportunities.
