Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance (preferred)
- CPA, CMA or CFA (highly advantageous)
Experience
- 8-10 years of progressive finance experience
- At least 4 years in Financial Planning & Analysis
- 2-3 years in people or team leadership
- Direct ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Hands-on management of full P&L or major business unit
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Expert-level Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Hands-on use of FP&A/planning tools (e.g. Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive)
