Sr Manager, Global Sourcing

**Position Purpose**Manage the Global sourcing team, to maximize savings for the company.Responsible to build a sourcing strategy, to create a plan to execute, providing the overall direction to the group.Responsible for building a team and their development providing coaching and feedback.Responsible to create collaboration and alignment between global sourcing offices and functional areas.Manage Direct Import programs and identify, develop and execute Near Sourcing (Latin America) opportunities.Lead team to prepare and present solutions for categories with a profit benefit and /or quality improvement.
